Safety First: Important Footwear Policy

To ensure the safety of all our guests, please be aware of our strict footwear requirements:

Important: For safety and grip, Crocs are not permitted on the Ninja Course or the Climbing Walls.

To participate in Ninja or Climbing activities, guests must wear enclosed athletic shoes (sneakers). For trampoline zones, BOUNCE grip socks are required to prevent slipping and ensure maximum fun.

    • There are no age restrictions, but in order to ensure the safety of our bouncers, miniBOUNCERS must be able to walk unassisted and must be under 110cms
    • Session = 1 hour
    • Children under the age of 12 visiting the centre must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
    • Flat soled, closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times in the X-PARK

    Climb requirements:

    • Children 12 and under must have an adult present and must complete the safety induction
    • Must be at least 13 years old to belay
    • Upper weight limit is 120kg
    • Closed toe shoes are required.
    • Climbing shoes are recommended for Advanced Climb but are not compulsory
