Cafe

Refuel at the BOUNCE Café. The Café has a wide variety of snacks, meals, coffee and drinks.

Car Parking

If arriving via South Creek Road, turning into Inman Road, take the first entry into the Northern Beaches Business Park underground car park on your right. There are stairs that bring you up to street level and it’s a short 50m walk to BOUNCE. If arriving from the North via Middleton Road or Orlando Road, take the second entry on your left to the underground carpark. See Parking Map here.

Air-Conditioning

The venue has several large roof fans to circulate cool air in hotter weather. Party rooms, mezzanine, and the main floor have air-conditioning.

Booking online in advance is recommended as sessions sell out
BOUNCE grip socks are required at all times while on the trampolines
We recommend arriving 15min early to your booking to allow time for check-in.
There are no age restrictions, but in order to ensure the safety of our bouncers, miniBOUNCERS must be able to walk unassisted and must be under 110cms
Jumpers under 110cm must play within our miniBOUNCE Zone during their session. Access to other areas is subject to availability only during off-peak times.
To use our X-Park and High Ropes areas, jumpers must be taller than 125 cm, and wear lace-up, closed-toe shoes. Crocs or similar slip-on footwear are not permitted.
To use our Wall Climb area, jumpers must have lace up, closed-toe shoes and be taller than 110cm. Crocs or similar slip-on footwear are not permitted.
To use our Zipline, jumpers must be 14 years and younger.

Parties Info

You can amend your booking up to 8 days prior to your party. If you have less guests, you’ll be able to reduce your numbers down to a minimum of 10 guests. Changes are subject to availability, so be sure to book for your maximum number of expected guests. Please note, booking 23 or more jumpers will mean that you cannot reduce your party below 23 jumpers at any point.
A single host is able to supervise up to 22 jumpers, so increases requiring additional supervision may not always be possible.
