Do I need grip socks for Power Hour?
Yes. BOUNCE grip socks are required for every session and can be added at checkout when you book. If you’ve already got a pair, bring them with you. As we cannot guarantee the same level of quality in alternative socks, we do not allow other brands to be worn.
How long is a BOUNCE session?
It depends on the ticket. Power Hour is 60 minutes. The 2 Hour Superpass runs for two hours. Standard sessions are usually one or two hours, and you pick your length when you book.
What's the difference between Power Hour and the 2 Hour Superpass?
Power Hour is 60 minutes for $15, available from 3pm. The 2 Hour Superpass gives you double the jump time from $25. If you’re after a quick afternoon hit, go Power Hour. Want to settle in properly, go the Superpass.
