Driven entirely by user movement, the Sky Spinner is a multi-levelled spinning challenged designed for younger and older children. On the top level, older children generate motion by running and leg movement, building speed and centrifugal force as they spin around the structure and hold onto the overhead bars. The bottom level features a four-person carousel where young children can sit as an adult generates movement with the arms.
The ultimate test of strength, coordination and your fear of heights! Climb, crawl and navigate through a net terrain, your journey culminating in a trip down the launch slide onto the airbag below.
You create the energy to unlock a whole interconnected play system. The Hamster Wheel encourages cooperation, balance and coordination. Walking or running on the wheel activates a conveyor belt, lifting puzzle blocks up that are used in the adjacent play structure.

High Flyer is our premium party experience, made for kids who go big. You’ll get a private party room, giving your crew the space to gather and BOUNCE for an hour, fuel up and celebrate for half an hour and then round it out with half an hour of free play.
With a dedicated BOUNCE Host guiding your party through all the action, plus customisable food packs and loads of add-ons, this is the ultimate party, the BOUNCE way.

Freestyle is our party option for smaller groups who don’t need the full room but still want the full BOUNCE buzz. Your crew will have access to a reserved party table for the first hour and a half and a BOUNCE Host to guide the fun through the venue.Â

Can existing Bounce members use their memberships at the new Fountain Gate venue?
Yes, active Bounce memberships can be used across participating Bounce venues, including Fountain Gate.
Are Friday Super Sessions available at Fountain Gate?
No, Fountain Gate will not be running Friday Super Sessions, but there are other ticket types available for Fridays! Click here to see what tickets are on offer.
Can an adult use the hamster wheel if they’re accompanying a child without other friends?
Yes, adults can participate in activities such as the hamster wheel, provided all safety guidelines are followed.
Do children under 12 months enter for free?
Yes, children under 12 months enter free when accompanied by a paying jumper. Please speak to our team on arrival for wristbanding.
Parties
Can party rooms be combined into a double-sized room?
Some of our party rooms can be joined to create a larger space. Availability depends on the booking schedule. If you’re able to book a High Flyer party with more than 18 guests, then that will mean a double room is available for your selected time.
Can we bring our own candles for the birthday cake?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring standard birthday candles. Sparkler-style candles are restricted for safety reasons.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes, BYO birthday cakes are allowed for all party bookings. This is the only exception to our no outside food policy in open areas. Please be aware there is a cost of $8 to bring your own cake, which is to be paid when booking.
Are the tables outside the party rooms reserved for parents?
These tables are available for supervising adults and guests linked to the party booking. While not individually reserved, they’re intended to support the comfort of parents and caregivers during party sessions. However, as there are no reservations for these tables, they are subject to availability.
Can party guests choose different drink options instead of all having the same one?
Yes, drink choices can vary for individual guests. Your party host will help manage this during your session.
What happens if we pre-order alcohol for adults but fewer guests attend?
If pre-ordered beverages aren’t required on the day, our team can assist with suitable alternatives. Options may include adjusting your order or providing venue credit, depending on the situation.
Are platters delivered before the individual party food packs?
Platters generally arrive first, followed by the individual food packs. Your host will manage the timing to ensure everything is served smoothly.
Clubs, Groups and Room Hire
Is room hire available during high peak times for groups?
No, rooms are set aside for BOUNCE parties during high peak periods (weekends &Â school holidays).
How does room hire work for groups? (Duration, catering, etc.)
Group room hire includes a set session duration, with optional catering and beverage packages available.
Can parents or supervisors of group bookings purchase a drinks package?
Yes — beverage packages for adults can be added to group bookings, but only when a room has been hired.
Are room hires scheduled at the end of the group’s activity session?
Room hire is typically used after the activity portion of your booking. Pricing for beverages or catering may vary depending on the length of time you choose to hire the room.
Do diverse-needs groups receive a host?
Yes — we understand that some groups benefit from additional support. Please let us know your group’s needs at the time of booking and we’ll ensure appropriate hosting is arranged.
