Terms & Conditions

MiniBouncer Party

  • Recommended for ages 2–5 (height restrictions apply)
  • Minimum number of 10 miniBouncers, maximum number varies across venues (for accurate maximum number please contact Bounce contact centre)
  • Runs in MiniBOUNCE zone (110cm height limit)
  • Includes 45 minutes of activities + 40 minutes in private room
  • A single host is able to supervise up to 16 jumpers, so increases requiring additional supervision may not always be possible. You are able to reduce your booking size online by up to 5 jumpers or to a minimum of 10 jumpers

  • External catering/entertainment not allowed (except BYO cake/allergy needs)

  • Non-refundable deposit required; full payment 8 days prior
  • Guest numbers and food to be confirmed 8 days prior to party date
  • Guests need to be able to walk unattended and be under 110cm to play in the minibounce zone
  •  Changes are subject to availability, so be sure to book for your maximum number of expected guests

Carindale and Ipswich Minibouncer party

  • Non-refundable deposit required; full payment 8 days prior
  • Minimum of 10 jumpers, maximum number varies across venues (for accurate maximum number please contact Bounce Contact Centre)
  • All amendments are subject to availability 
  • Any participants under 12months of age will be restricted to the toddler play area. Our parties include a combination of group games/activities and supervised free-play. Whilst you will have your own dedicated party host, parents/guardians remain responsible for their children at all times and must remain in the venue.
  • You can amend your booking up to 8 days prior to your party. If you have less guests, you’ll be able to reduce your guest numbers down to a minimum of 10 guests except if your booking is over 16 then you will only be able to reduce to a min of 16 guest.
 

Ultimate Party

  • Recommended for ages 5+
  • Height restrictions apply (alternative activities provided if needed)
  • Includes 60 minutes of activities + 40 minutes in private room
  • One host supervises up to 22 jumpers
  • You can amend your booking up to 8 days prior to your party. If you have less guests, you’ll be able to reduce your guest numbers down to a minimum of 10 guests except if your booking is over 22 then you will only be able to reduce to minimum of 22 guests.

Rescheduling policy

  • In the event that you need to change the date of your party. BOUNCEinc will attempt to roll over the party date, subject to availability. Please note your deposit will be retained for change of date if less then 8 days notice is provided.

Candles: 
 
If a customers asks about candles for a birthday cake for any of the following BOUNCE venues; Hobart, Geelong and miniBOUNCE Carindale. These venues don’t allow candles.
 

Age:

If there are any guests under the age of 2, they can join in the party as long as they can walk comfortably by themselves. Please note all guests that are under 110cm will be required to play in the miniBOUNCE zone during the activity time.

Amendments:
All amendments are subject to availability.
 

Room hire:

If a customer enquires about a room hire please direct to contact centre.

External food and catering:
External food and catering is not allowed.

Can food packs be mixed and matched?
