For all our valued customers, please know that all your existing memberships, passes, and benefits will continue seamlessly. As we move forward together, we will be working hard behind the scenes, and in the coming months, you can look forward to a number of exciting updates, improvements, and new features coming to the Urban Xtreme experience.

The onsite Cafe is here for all of your thirst and hunger needs. Note that due to OH&S, we can’t allow self catering.

Car Parking

Free car parking is available outside the venue in designated areas.

X-Run

Don’t forget that if you want to test your ninja skills in X-Run you’ll need to be at least 110cm in height.

Booking online in advance is recommended as sessions sell out
Urban Xtreme jump sock are required at all times while on the trampolines
There are no age restrictions, but in order to ensure the safety of our bouncers, Playland participants must be able to walk unassisted and must be under 120 cms. Participants between 110cm and 120cm can still access Ninja and Parkour with direct adult supervision.
For Snowsports bookings you must arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time. For Adventure & Party bookings we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your booking time.
For the Adventure Park we recommend wearing athletic clothing with some stretch. Enclosed Sports Shoes must be worn in Ninja, Parkour and Laser Tag. Urban Xtreme jump socks must be worn on our Trampolines, to play Dodgeball and to jump into our Airbag. For Rock Climbing, we welcome climbing shoes, gym shoes or enclosed sneakers only. No Crocs or similar.
Playland restrictions: participants must be under 120cm

Adventure Park restrictions:

Participants must be over 120cm to use our Launch Jump, Ninja & Parkour. Participants between 110cm and 120cm can still access Ninja and Parkour with direct adult supervision.
Upper weight limit is 120kg

Climb restrictions:

Children 12 and under must have an adult present and must complete the safety induction
Must be at least 13 years old to belay
Upper weight limit is 120kg
