For all our valued customers, please know that all your existing memberships, passes, and benefits will continue seamlessly. As we move forward together, we will be working hard behind the scenes, and in the coming months, you can look forward to a number of exciting updates, improvements, and new features coming to the Urban Xtreme experience.

Our venue is currently undergoing a little glow up and  sometimes these works can interfere with your experience. We promise to minimise the impact and apologise for this inconvenience.

    Free car parking is available outside the venue in designated areas.

    X-Park

    Don’t forget that if you want to test your ninja skills in X-Park you’ll need to be at least 110cm in height.

    • Booking online in advance is recommended as sessions sell out
    • BOUNCE grip socks are required at all times while on the trampolines
    • There are no age restrictions, but in order to ensure the safety of our bouncers, miniBOUNCERS must be able to walk unassisted and must be under 110cms
    • Session = 1 hour
    • Children under the age of 12 visiting the centre must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
    • Flat soled, closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times in the X-PARK

    Climb requirements:

    • Children 12 and under must have an adult present and must complete the safety induction
    • Must be at least 13 years old to belay
    • Upper weight limit is 120kg
    • Closed toe shoes are required.
    • Climbing shoes are recommended for Advanced Climb but are not compulsory
