We’ve made some temporary changes to the way we operate to comply with current restrictions & ensure the wellbeing of our customers and staff.

The great news is there is LOTS OF SPACE for everyone!

Here’s a little reminder of the experience that awaits you.

Any jumpers below the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

While reduced capacity restrictions apply, adults accompanying children will need to comply with some temporary capacity management measures.

Spectators need to remain on the first-floor viewing mezzanine during peak times, or when requested to by staff if we reach capacity.

For children who require closer supervision, we encourage parents to purchase a ‘Jumping Ticket’.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Our entire venue is cleaned throughout the day and relevant areas are regularly disinfected. All staff have been trained in additional hygiene management and social distancing.

As a part of our reopening plan we recommend that all sessions are booked online.
